GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Crews are tearing down structures on Market Avenue south of Cherry for the proposed 12,000-seat Acrisure Amphitheater.
The buildings were for the Grand Rapids Department of Public Works. That agency is relocating to the former Kent County Road Commission building on Scribner.
The amphitheater is expected to be open in about two years.
