Tulip Time Festival organizers say many of the flowers are on their last legs.
Officials say about a third of the blooms are left and Windmill Island has a quarter of their blooms left.
The tulips bloomed earlier than usual this year and the warmer weather and rain has caused the blooms to fall.
Organizers say there are still many activities for people to enjoy at the festival this week.
The festival runs through May 12.
