President Biden will speak at the 69th annual Detroit NAACP Fight for Freedom Fund dinner.
The event will be held at Huntington Place on May 19th.
Biden will be presented the James Weldon Johnson Lifetime Achievement Award at the dinner.
The Detroit NAACP says our nation is facing tremendous international challenges, combined with domestic issues that are seeking to divide us, but they believe Americans can work together to resolve issues to benefit all.
