GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Michigan State Police say a person has been arrested in connection with the discovery of a body on U.S. 131 near Leonard.
Investigators say 25-year-old Ruby Garcia was shot prior to her body getting dumped on the freeway late Friday.
The person who has been arrested has yet to be identified.
