GANGES TOWNSHIP (WOOD-AM) - The Allegan County Sheriff's Office says the body that washed onto the Lake Michigan shore last week was that of a 21-year-old Chicago man.
Elijah Looper was last seen at a Chicago non-profit.
Shoes on his body matched a report for a missing person.
Foul play is not suspected in his death, investigators said.
