SPARTA TOWNSHIP (WOOD-AM) - A Sparta Township mother will be charged with involuntary manslaughter and child abuse in the death of her eight-month-old son.
The Kent County Prosecutor's Office says the 23-year-old was home alone with child when he drowned in a bathtub in November of last year.
The mother's name was not released.
