KALAMAZOO (WOOD-AM) - The Kalamazoo City Commission has approved most of the city's budget.
Residents raised concerns about a plan to use $1.65 million in federal coronavirus relief money to revamp the Arcadia Creek Festival Park, converting half of it near Kalamazoo Avenue into housing.
The rest of the $288 million budget was approved.
