An Ottawa County woman is facing charges after 21 dogs were found living in poor condition in her home.
Allendale resident Shayna Saing is charges with a felony count of animal abuse and three misdemeanor charges of having unlicensed dogs and operating a kennel without a kennel license.
Officials were called on December 4, 2023 and found numerous dogs inside the home but could not find Saing.
Police were able to get a search warrant and found 21 dogs in fair health.
