WALKER (WOOD-AM) - Police have rescued someone who may have stolen $2,700 worth of items from a Meijer on Lake Michigan Drive in Walker.
A woman called emergency dispatchers after she heard screaming from a "marshy area" near her home.
A 31-year-old Middleville man was taken to the hospital for cold exposure after getting pulled from a marsh.
The man now in police custody.
