Grand Rapids Police are ruling the death of a woman a homicide.
Police were called to Southview Apartments around 3 a.m. on Wednesday on reports of an individual with a head injury.
Police found a man had been stabbed and he was taken to the hospital.
Police also found two people who appeared to have overdosed.
It is unclear if the overdoses were connected to the stabbing.
Police say 53-year-old Yushonda Noble died at the scene.
Her death has been ruled a homicide.
