HOLLAND TOWNSHIP (WOOD-AM) - Ottawa County Sheriff's deputies are still searching for the person who threw hot coffee in the face of a gas station clerk in Holland Township early yesterday morning.
Investigators say the suspect then grabbed the cash drawer and fled from the Oasis Mobile Mart on Adams Street.
The worker was treated by paramedics and had burns to her chest and neck.
The suspect is described as a man in his twenties with a thin build.
Sheriff's investigators also say the man was wearing a baseball cap and a face mask.
