WYOMING (WOOD-AM) - The Kent County Sheriff's Office says it expects one of its deputies to be released from the hospital after getting hit by a vehicle early last night.
It happened near Eastern and 32nd around 6:30 p.m.
The sheriff's office says the deputy was assisting a Wyoming Public Safety officer at the time.
More details are expected later today.
