MUSKEGON (WOOD-AM) - A Muskegon County Circuit Court judge will hear arguments this morning from Ottawa County Administrative Health Officer Adeline Hambley's attorney, who is asking the court to enforce a $4 million settlement with the county.
The hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m.
A court document says Hambley will accept the payment in exchange for her resignation.
Hambley's attorney says the county is trying to back out of the agreement. Attorney David Kallman says no agreement was ever made.
