The city of Grand Rapids says the Rosa Parks Circle ice rink will not open on Friday as planned, due to temperatures.
The city says the weather is too warm for the rink to be operational.
The rink will be available through February 25 once it opens.
Tickets are $2 for individuals 17 and younger and $4 for those over 18.
