ROCKFORD (WOOD-AM) - Details remain limited, but Rockford-based Wolverine Worldwide announced a "global workforce restructuring" on the same day it announced its third-quarter earnings.
President and CEO Chris Hufnagel said that "decisions like these that affect our team are difficult" and that the company is "committed to supporting each team member through this transition."
The company's earnings last quarter were $8.6 million.
