Allegan Public Schools says the aquatics director is accused of sexual abusing a student.
Superintendent James Antoine says Scott Simmons was terminated from the district.
Simmons is charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct , aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, using a computer to commit a crime and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Officials say the investigation into Simmons began when an Otsego police officer found Simmons in a vehicle with a student who was 16 or 17 years old.
