WALKER (WOOD-AM) - Michigan State Police say two people were sent to the hospital after their vehicle crashed into trees along Interstate 96 last night.
Investigators say the 22-year-old male driver went off the freeway near the Walker exit. His 19-year-old female passenger was ejected, MSP said.
The crash investigation required a closure of eastbound lanes of the freeway.
