GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A 33-year-old man with high-functioning cognitive impairment who was reported missing out of Douglas County in Illinois was last spotted driving on Interstate 196 in Grand Rapids.
Allyn Sly is six-foot-one, weighs 155 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
It's believed that he's driving a red Ford sedan.
Those with information about Sly's location are being urged to call 911.
