Michigan State Police troopers are increasing patrols over the Labor Day holiday weekend.
The MSP Walker post says extra patrols will be working the "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over" campaign.
The MSP Criminal Justice Information Center says 11 people were killed in traffic crashes in the state over the Labor Day holiday in 2022.
MSP says they want the community to enjoy the holiday while also making plans to get home safely if they plan to drink or use marijuana.
