KALAMAZOO (WOOD-AM) - Kalamazoo Public Safety says a 17-year-old is in custody after being seen shooting and critically wounding another 17-year-old.
KDPS says it happened on the north side after 1 a.m.
One officer fired at the suspect, while a second hit the teenager with their cruiser.
The suspected shooter was sent to the hospital, but is expected to live.
