KENTWOOD (WOOD-AM) - Kent County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a shooting near Kalamazoo and 52nd in Kentwood this morning.
There is a currently a heavy police presence and a house taped off near that intersection. Drivers are being urged to avoid the area.
Limited details have been released on the shooting. No details have been released yet on injury severity or whether anyone has been arrested.
