EUREKA TOWNSHIP (WOOD-AM) - Michigan State Police are now in possession of a suspect vehicle following the Tuesday night hit-and-run in Montcalm County's Eureka Township that left a 14-year-old dead and two other teenagers with injuries.
It's not yet confirmed that the vehicle they have is the vehicle involved. Their investigation is ongoing.
"Until we can make a determination that this is, in fact, the vehicle with 100 percent certainty, we encourage individuals to keep calling those tips in and giving the troops information,” Lt. Michelle Robinson told WOOD-TV.
A person of interest has yet to be identified.
