GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf will not be charged for allegedly taking a voting tabulator from Irving Township two years ago and returning it with a broken seal.
Muskegon County Prosecutor DJ Hilson, who was assigned as the special prosecutors in the case, says there wasn't enough evidence to prove Leaf committed a crime.
