Michigan State Police says a teenage is in the hospital after she was hit by a semi while crossing US-131 on Monday afternoon.
MSP says the 14-year-old crossed the Northbound lanes of traffic that were backed up due to construction and was hit while she attempted to cross the Southbound lanes.
Officials say she is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
