MUSKEGON (WOOD-AM) - A man who allegedly touched several girls inappropriately at the wave pool at Michigan's Adventure has been charged with multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct.
Benjamin Koche, 39, faces up to fifteen years in prison if he's convicted. He's is due back in court next month.
Prosecutors say there were six victims.
Koche's bond has been set at $75,000.
