American Seating is moving after 137 years in the same location.
The company is moving to a new factory and headquarters on 40th Street near Eastern Avenue.
Renovations are already underway at the 210,000-square-foot facility.
American Seating will retain ownership of their current facility and has a local IT company ready to take over part of the building.
The process of transitioning between facilities will begin at the end of this year.
