The Grand Rapids Public Library is holding their annual Comic Geek Out event on Saturday.
The event will be held at the Yankee Clipper Branch from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and is free for all ages.
The event will include local artists, crafts, snacks, giveaways, a cosplay contest and more.
Comic scholar Mary Ruby will also be in attendance to give a presentation on how parents can use comic books to get kids to read.
