ALLEGAN (WOOD-AM) - WOOD-TV says several witnesses have reported minor burns after a firework misfired into a crowd during the July 3 Jubilee in Allegan.
The fireworks were launched over the Kalamazoo River near Mahan Park. A video sent to WOOD-TV has a timestamp that reads 10:34 p.m.
