A jury is finding a former Kent County deputy not guilty of assault after he allegedly attacked a man after a road rage incident while off duty.
Marcelo Aranda was charged with assault and assault and battery after an incident in August 2022.
Tyler Lueken says there was a road rage incident and he pulled off the road at a rest stop.
Lueken says Aranda followed him and then men got into an altercation.
Lueken was charged with operating while intoxicated.
