MUSKEGON (WOOD-AM) - Three juveniles and one adult are in police custody for the shooting death of 14-year-old Demario Spears in Muskegon this week.
The juveniles were charged yesterday and have a hearing next week.
Muskegon County Prosecutor DJ Hilson says more charges are possible, as detectives are still investigating.
“Even though we’ve got the three juveniles charged, that doesn’t mean that we’re done charging both the juveniles and certainly the adult,” Hilson told WOOD-TV.
Hilson also says he believes the person who pulled the trigger is in custody.
