Program to use running to help with mental health

Still I Run and The Well Being are teaming up to hold a program for those struggling with their mental health.

The Starting Line Scholarship program will begin June 20 and will last for 12 weeks.

The program is open to 20 individuals.

The program will use the Couch to 5K program to help individuals train for the LMCU Bridge Run 5K on September 12.

The group will meet twice a week for a fitness class and group mental health therapy as well as a group run.
