GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A woman is facing allegations of vulnerable adult abuse following a fire that killed her father in northeast Kent County last fall.
Kendra Krueger was a caretaker for 89-year-old Ronald Krueger. She fell asleep after lighting candles in the home during a power outage in mid-November.
Police say she woke up hearing him screaming in the kitchen with his torso on fire. He died two days later.
