WALKER (WOOD-AM) - Police in Walker say a 12-year-old bicyclist was seriously injured after he was hit by a vehicle.
It happened on Ferris Street near Hillside Drive last night. The boy, who was not wearing a helmet, was leaving a driveway when a passing vehicle struck him.
The driver of the vehicle was not hurt and is cooperating with police. Investigators don't think speed or alcohol were factors.
