KALAMAZOO (WOOD-AM) - Saint Joseph County Sheriff Mark Lillywhite has been charged with driving while intoxicated and carrying a concealed weapon while under the influence of alcohol following a crash in February.
Kalamazoo County Prosecutor Jeff Getting says both charges are misdemeanors.
Investigators say Lillywhite rear-ended another vehicle near Schoolcraft at nearly 100 mph.
