LOWELL (WOOD-AM) - A 43-year-old Lowell woman has been charged with multiple sex crimes for the alleged sexual assault of a child in her care.
Authorities in Hillsdale say Heather Wallace assaulted the child during video chats with a person she met on a dating platform last year.
A Coldwater resident has also been charged.
