The Momentum Center is opening an ice cream parlor to create a gathering space for the community.
The MOO-mentum Ice Cream Parlor will be a space where members of the community and those with disabilities, mental illness and addictions can come together without stigma.
The shop will serve Michigan made ice cream for $1 a scoop.
The shop will be open on Mondays from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. and on Fridays from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
