MARSHALL (WOOD-AM) - The Marshall City Council has voted to approve a land transfer to build utilities on a nearly 2,000-acre space along Interstates 94 and 69 at the proposed "Marshall Megasite."
Plans would eventually put an electric vehicle battery or a microchip manufacturer at the location.
