GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - On Tuesday, University of Michigan Health-West and Grand Rapids Community College announced a tuition program to help becoming a nurse more affordable.
Those than can apply are students have finished one semester of GRCC's two-year program, with UM Health-West covering up to three semesters of tuition, as long as those students are committed to working for the hospital for two years.
