GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Former Grand Rapids police officer Christopher Schurr is due in court this morning for a hearing that will determine if there is enough evidence to send his case to trial.
Schurr was charged with second-degree murder following the officer-involved shooting death of Patrick Lyoya in April.
It's scheduled to start at 8:30 a.m. It will be streamed here.
Schurr is free on bond.
