GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Final plans are being made for the "World of Winter" art festival, which returns to downtown Grand Rapids in January.
Over 50 ice sculptures will be on display.
An art collective will install at least six giant inflatable gnomes on the riverfront.
The event runs from January 6th to March 5th.
