GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - The expanded and improved and Hillcrest Dog Park near the Fulton Heights neighborhood has just reopened.
The park now includes "nature play structures" made out of logs and tree limbs. A fenced off-leash area was also installed.
The work was paid for using $350,000 from the city's parks millage.
