The Kent County Medical Examiner is ruling a death that happened on Bridge Street a homicide.
Police say 46-year-old Santino Ysasi was found dead on Wednesday around 9:45 a.m.
He was found near the now-closed Saint James Catholic Church by a resident of a nearby apartment complex.
Officials have not announced how he died.
