KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Joshua Brereton, of Paw Paw, has agreed to plead guilty to a federal count of arson in connection to a fire set at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Kalamazoo in July.
According to paperwork filed Friday, federal prosecutors, in exchange, will drop a second charge of damaging property providing reproductive health services.
