The city of Grand Rapids is issuing a citation to a wedding venue that will not serve LGBTQ couples.
An investigation into Broadway Avenue found the venue violated the city's human rights ordinance.
A violation of the ordinance is punishable by a fine of up to $500.
The city did not comment further on the issue.
