Ryan Kelley's next court appearance for charges connected to the January 6 U.S. Capitol insurrection has been pushed back.
Kelley was scheduled to be in court on Wednesday, however the appearance has been moved to December 8.
Kelley is charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, knowingly engaging in any act of physical violence against a person or property in any restricted grounds or buildings and destruction of government property.
The charges are all misdemeanors.
