Seven-year-old Jeremy Thompson Jr. died of a fentanyl overdose on June 11, 2022.
Jeremy, also known as Duece, had just finished first grade.
Several months later, Grand Rapid Police are still investigating and his family is demanding answers and justice.
The family found out the cause of death three weeks ago after toxicology tests.
