KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Kalamazoo County Prosecutor Jeff Getting says the police officer who shot and killed a man earlier this year was justified in his actions.
The shooting happened on S. Westnedge Avenue on the March 20, that resulted in the death of 33-year-old Nicholas Conklin.
