GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Jury deliberations resume this morning in the retrial of two men accused of plotting to kidnap the governor two years ago.
Attorneys representing Adam Fox and Barry Croft claim their clients were entrapped by federal investigators.
Closing arguments were completed Monday. The defense rested its case on Friday.
The jury deliberated for about five hours before heading home yesterday.
