The Grand Rapids-Kent County Convention Arena Authority and Grand Action 2.0 are reaching an agreement on how to bring a riverfront amphitheater to Grand Rapids.
The CAA approved a memorandum of understanding on Friday.
Grand Action 2.0 will be responsible for developing, assisting and raising funds for the project.
CAA will handle operations and events when the venue is complete.
