GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - The Blue Dog Tavern has received approval from the Grand Rapids Planning Commission to expand into the former Guest House next door at the corner of Fourth and Stocking.
A permit has been approved to tear off the roof and a back wall for an outdoor space that can hold as many as 122 people.
They're going to try to keep the facade in tact, if possible.
